The African Union Peace and Security Council (AUPSC), which on May 1 granted Sudan’s Transitional Military Council (TMC) a ‘final extension’ of two months, to hand-over power to a transitional civilian government, or face suspension, has urged “all Sudanese stakeholders to continue working together towards a consensual solution to the current crisis”.
