This is a great, timely move by both parties in enhancing protection of civilians measures,\u201d UNAMID\u2019s Deputy Police Commissioner, Dr. Sultan Azam Temuri stated at the recent launch of the joint patrol initiative in Zalingei, central Darfur.<\/p>\n<p>UNAMID Police component and the Sudan Police Force on 31 August 2020 commenced joint security assessment and confidence building patrols in Shawa village farming area.
